Locked out of a wallet
you own?
We help you back in.

KeyHaven recovers access to wallets you own: forgotten passwords, scrambled or incomplete seed phrases, corrupted files, damaged hardware. We do not recover stolen funds and we do not reverse transactions. If that is what you need, we will tell you plainly and point you elsewhere.

Everything you need to know.

What we recover and what we do not.

Forgotten passwords, incomplete seed phrases, corrupted wallet files, damaged hardware. We work only on wallets you own and give an honest assessment before any work begins. What we will never claim is equally important.

Five clear steps from first contact to recovered access.

Free triage, a flat assessment fee that tells you exactly where you stand, and a success fee charged only if we succeed. No urgency pricing. No steps hidden behind a paywall. The whole process is documented before you commit.

Two fees, both disclosed before any work begins.

An assessment fee covers the technical examination. A success fee is charged only on recovery, and the assessment is credited against it. There is never a third fee. Exact amounts by tier are on the pricing page.

What can we help you with?

What best describes your situation?

Select all that apply.

Tell us about the wallet and assets.

What do you recall?

Do not enter your actual password or full seed phrase here. Describe what you remember in general terms: approximate password length, how many seed words you have, which positions are uncertain. Sharing a complete working seed phrase with any third party (including us) would compromise your wallet's security and is unnecessary for triage.

Tell us about the estate situation.

We confirm legal entitlement to the estate before any work begins. This typically means a death certificate and grant of probate, letters testamentary, or equivalent documentation for your jurisdiction. We will ask for the relevant documentation once we have reviewed your submission.

What would you like help with?

No payment at this stage. We will respond with a description of what a session would cover and what it would cost.

Tell us about the incident.

Free reporting comes first. Before commissioning a trace, file a report with the IC3 at ic3.gov and the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. This is free and creates the official record law enforcement needs. A tracing investigation is a paid service that produces a documentary report of fund movement. It does not recover funds.

How should we reach you?
