What we recover.
What we will never claim.

Knowing what a legitimate recovery firm can and cannot do is the first line of defence against fraud. Read both panels carefully before proceeding.

What we can help with

  • Forgotten passwords or PINs Wallet software passwords, hardware device PINs, key files encrypted with a passphrase: any scenario where the wallet exists but you can no longer authenticate to it.
  • Incomplete or scrambled seed phrases Words missing, illegible, or in the wrong order. We reconstruct the valid phrase set through structured, constrained search without requiring you to share a complete working phrase.
  • Corrupted or inaccessible wallet files Damaged .dat, .json, or proprietary wallet files where underlying key material may still be intact and extractable.
  • Damaged hardware wallets Physically damaged Ledger, Trezor, and similar devices where the secure element or backup data may be recoverable through specialist handling.
  • Legacy and obscure wallet formats Early Bitcoin Core wallet formats, paper wallets, brain wallets, nonstandard derivation paths, and pre-BIP-39 key schemes.
  • Estate and inheritance access Recovering access on behalf of a family, executor, or administrator appointed by a probate court when the account holder has passed away or lost capacity. Proof of legal entitlement is required before any work begins. See our estate access page.
  • Security setup and consulting Reviewing and improving an existing storage setup, or building a new one correctly from the start: hardware wallet selection, seed phrase backup strategy, multisignature arrangements, and inheritance planning. Available to recent recovery clients and to anyone who wants an independent review. See our security consulting page.

What we will never claim

  • Recovering stolen or sent funds Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. No legitimate firm can recover funds sent to another address without that address's private key. The offer to do so is the defining feature of a recovery scam.
  • Reversing or cancelling transactions Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be undone by any party. Anyone claiming otherwise is operating a fraud.
  • Accessing wallets you do not own We require proof of ownership and perform due diligence checks before engaging. We do not assist with unauthorized access under any circumstances.
  • Guaranteed recovery outcomes Recovery depends on what information survives. We give honest probability estimates at the assessment stage. We do not guarantee outcomes we cannot guarantee.

If you were told you need to pay a "release fee," "gas fee," "tax," or "unlock fee" to receive your funds: you are in contact with a scammer. Stop all communication immediately and do not send any payment.

No payment at this stage. Tell us about your situation and we will respond within one business day with an honest assessment of feasibility.
